Payment Options

At Sacred Dot Tours LLP we are delighted to offer you a variety of payment methods to assist you in ease of paying for your trips. Please note that the payments are always requested against invoices raised.

Final payments must be with us as per Terms and Conditions to enable us to offer all confirmed bookings. Please click here information details of our Terms and Conditions .

 

Bank Transfer

Details of our Bank Transfer routing is given in each of our invoices. Please send us a confirmation of payment once initiated by your bank to enable us to follow up at our end.
Please note any banking charges applicable has to be borne by the payee and should be added to the invoice amount. Short payments will not be deemed as final payments.

 

Credit Card Payments

We also provide you the facility of paying by Credit Card. Currently we accept only Visa and MasterCard credit cards. There is a 2.5 percent surcharge on Credit Card payments.

To make credit card payments, please inform us so that we can send you the amended invoice with the surcharge clearly reflected.

We will then send you link via which you can make the payment. The payment once made will show you a ‘Success’ report. Kindly let us know once you have made the payment so that we can confirm with our bank locally.

Kindly note all payments must be received prior to travel as per our Terms and Conditions. In case of special Terms and Conditions or any changes, the amended one will be attached to your final itinerary, failing which our regular Terms and Conditions will apply.
